We will introduce what is necessary to become or to be strengthened as an aligned leader.

You will be introduced to a process that helps a leader to discover their next step and how to move forward with courage.  TRAC is designed to assess your needs of Trajectory (life direction and purpose), Replenishment (personal renewal and growth), Awareness (identity and self-leadership) and Choices (trust and obedience).

The behavioral tendencies of a leader can either strengthen or derail a leader.  In this this discussion we will discover a tool that looks at 12 paradoxes of a leader’s behavioral tendencies.  Leaders will be introduced to a path to become balanced and satisfied resulting in fulfillment, influence and impact.

Discovery workshops are designed for groups that can be facilitated virtually or in-person. An idea time for these workshops is 90 minutes but they can be tailored to fit your need.
